Pre & Post Surgery.
Whether you have a planned or had an unexpected surgery, proper physical therapy is key to recovery. We work closely with your orthopaedic surgeon to ensure you are on track to get you back to doing what you love.
Using hydrotherapy, cryotherapy, exercise prescription, LASER, IFC, EMS, IMS and manual therapy we help manage pain and swelling early and give you a safe place to practice activities of daily life and exercise progression. Our 2000 square foot gym allows you to rehab in a safe space with all the equipment you need.
We see a variety of surgeries including:
ACL, meniscus
Total knee/ hip replacement
Rotator cuff and biceps tendon repairs
Fractured ankles, wrists, arms
Hip and labral repairs
ICBC/WSBC.
We accept ICBC and Work Safe BC patients at our clinic. We work with you to get you feeling better an back to your pre-injury status whether that be returning to work or back to that marathon start line.
We have a full gym and many patients have an in-clinic and at-home exercise program designed by our physiotherapists just for their unique needs.

Common Conditions.
Arthritis: We see both osteoarthritis as well as inflammatory arthritis such as rheumatoid arthritis in our clinic. We work to relieve symptoms, provided graded exercise programs, manage pain and swelling, custom bracing options and the group OA Program GLA:D.
Back and Neck Pain: This common complaint has a variety of treatment options and our physio’s are here to help find the solution. we have mechanical neck and back traction, IFC, IMS, EMS, graded exercise prescription, manual therapy (soft tissue work, mobilizations, manipulations etc.).
Foot and ankle pain: from plantar fasciitis to bunions, high arches or flat feet we can help alleviate pain. This can include exercise training, off the shelf or custom orthotics, taping, shockwave and more.
Shoulder pain: shoulder pain and rotator cuff issues are common and can happen at any age but it is important to determine the cause and keep the shoulder functional and mobile to decrease the risk of developing frozen shoulder.
