Strongly believes that Physiotherapy should encompass both prehabilitation and rehabilitation to provide everyone the best opportunity to participate in their daily life as well as all of their active endeavors.
The general population and athletes of all ages and abilities should be provided with the tools to keep them active and injury free. Diane combines Clinical Pilates, Orthopedic and Neurological principles and treatment techniques in order to assist clients to get back to full activity participation following an injury and strives to empower clients with the tools to stop injuries from reoccurring.
Having had injuries herself after a career as a varsity soccer player, she appreciates first hand how physiotherapy can have a significant role in a client’s rehabilitation.
A former varsity soccer player she continues to work with local soccer clubs and always keen to try a new sport. Diane has become an avid runner and is happiest exploring new trails both around the world and in her own backyard. A true “Vancouverite” she is happiest by the ocean or even better in it!
