WE ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED

(updated April 03, 2020)

As we have seen in recent weeks, the world-wide spread of COVID-19 is impacting us all.  At Metrotown Orthopedic & Sports Physiotherapy Clinic, the health and safety of our clients, staff and therapists remains our number one priority.

As such, based on the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our clinic’s operations effective March 18, 2020.  We will be continually assessing the situation as it evolves. We hope to re-open on April 14, 2020.

Although we are temporarily closed to physically treat our clients, our physiotherapists are here to support you. Please contact us by phone (604.430.3066) or by email ([email protected]) if you have any questions or concerns, or if you wish to be connected with your physiotherapist. We will respond to you as soon as we can.

We are pleased to offer a new service called Online Physiotherapy (Tele-Rehabilitation) during this time of self-isolation and social distancing where you can receive physiotherapy services from the comfort of your home via a video conference on a computer or laptop. Think of it like FaceTiming your physiotherapist. The therapist will provide an assessment followed by treatment including education, exercise prescription, techniques for self-management, and more. Please contact us and we will connect you with a therapist for more details.

We are monitoring developments of this virus closely and will be following the guidance of public health authorities.  We thank you for your patience as we navigate through this ever-changing and unprecedented event.  Please check back with us for any updates.

In the meantime, stay safe and take care. We look forward to serving you again soon. We will get through this together.

All the best,
Metrotown Orthopedic & Sports Physiotherapy Clinic
